Did anyone buy a puppy from this lady? EC golden retriever

I purchased a puppy from this lady this past Saturday. She claims in the ad that the puppies are EC Golden Retrievers, however after taking puppy to my vet and another vet as well as a breeder of these dogs, they all said this dog is not an EC Golden. So I am going to take this lady to court. I do have all her contact info, that my PI was able to pull up on her. So if you were scammed as well, please contact me.
