Join HJ3 Infrastructure Group in a new career in Composites! HJ3 is looking for hard working, talented individuals to join its team as a Composite Field Technician. This job will include, a combination of local special project warehouse work, product knowledge training, field installation with travel throughout the United States and potential global travel. Successful candidates will exhibit a steady work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work well on a team. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours and shifts to accommodate clients’ needs as well as travel 60% or more to perform work throughout the United States and Canada. Selected candidates will be mentored through an extensive training program designed to provide career advancement opportunities to grow with the company. HJ3 offers a comprehensive benefits package and eligibility for participation in a Ready to Engage Program (down-time compensation), following a probationary period. Duties and Responsibilities include: • Mobilization and/or demobilization activities • Demolition and debris clean up • General and Industrial laborer work • Surface cleaning and preparation, both concrete and steel • Preparation for product application • Assist in product application Qualifications include: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Ability to follow detailed step by step instructions • Detailed and Quality work habits • Ability to lift and carry 50lbs • Ability to work in confined spaces and heights over 16ft • MSHA Certification a plus • OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Certification a plus • Construction experience a plus • Fiberglass and Epoxy/urethane experience a plus Applicants must have a valid driver's license (Required), ability to obtain a passport, pass a federal background check and drug testing.
