Remove a couple tree roots and debris

Last year I had a tree taken down and the stump mostly ground away. There are a few roots left over along with some root matte and soil. This is on top of and grown into an old cement driveway. The roots are right on the property line and interfering with my ability to replace the fence. I need some help removing the roots and related debris. They are also blocking one garage door from opening. It's about 10 sg. ft. of area. The area is at the back of a driveway and a truck/trailer can be backed right to the spot. This is in the Mt.
