Homeless Man's Harley lost

Not long ago a homeless man's old shovel head disappeared in the dark of night. It wasn't complete and or running. The homeless man still has the remaining parts minus a new battery and some misc nuts, bolts etc. He had kept it in it's same spot several years while slowly piecing it back together. He never flew a sign, panhandled or even accepted money for helping change out flat tires for people for example. He had the Harley and was homeless many years and it would be nice to see it somehow able to retrieve and returned. Maybe? Thanks in advance to anyone who might be able to help in anyway with the return/replacement? Of a old homeless man's Harley?
