Entry level mechanic shop helper in a busy shop. Part time to full time position 40+ hrs. /week.
***NO previous experience required***
Willing to train the right individual. Candidate must possess general common sense and good judgement. Candidate should be a self starter and comfortable continuously working in a shop environment. Candidate should have ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well with others.
*Candidate MUST have VALID drivers license.*
Pay raises to $14/hr when employee demonstrates reliable attendance with many more opportunities for advancement.
Duties may include ordering/picking up parts, prepping cars for mechanic: pulling cars in/out of garage, raising on hydraulic lift, remove tires, etc. empty trash, recycle metal, light carpentry. Job requires working while standing, driving, and some lifting.
