I need someone that is experienced with painting or carpentry and /or wallpaper repairs. This will be 1-2 weeks of work. Install two windows, install 5 vents in sides of house. Do some trim work. Paint and wallpaper repairs Must be experienced. Send pictures of work, and references, when replying to this ad. State the hourly rate you desire, if truly experienced and good at it. This is only by the hour, not by the job. I will supply all the material. This is for 6-10 hours a day for work as an independent contractor. Please state how many hours a day you plan to work. Work time does not include driving time or lunch. I am getting myproperty ready to sell.
