Welcome to WorkSuites! We are an executive business suites company that caters to your specific office, meeting, and business needs. We provide our clients with private office spaces, conference rooms, coworking options and virtual offices. We currently operate in 18 different locations between Dallas-Fort Worth and the Houston metroplex and we are adding properties every year. With the growth that we are experiencing we need supporting staff. In Dallas we have 15 total properties and are hiring a part-time facilities member to help keep these sites operating at their full potential. We are looking for a part-time Painter. This persons main focus will be painting offices after clients move-out. If you bring any additional skills such as electrical, plumbing, appliances and furniture repairs please let me know. Here are the details: This is a part time role that would max out at 35hrs a week. There may be weeks with less hours and weeks with more hours. We would need someone who is flexible and responsible. Transportation must be reliable. This job requires you to travel to several of our locations in a week. We have properties in Allen, Plano, Dallas, Las Colinas, Southlake, Grapevine and Keller. We will pay for oil changes on a quarterly basis. A truck is preferred but not required. Make ready paints will be your #1 priority. This will consist of drywall repairs and painting multiple colors in an office office sizes range from 70sqft to 300+ sqft. Tools are not required but if you have them, bring them.
