We install window blinds in newly constructed apartment buildings around Orlando and Central Florida. You will work with me, as a team, as we install between 200-300 horizontal window blinds in newly constructed apartment buildings. Each project lasts between 1-3 days, and there are 1-4 projects/month. Compensation is according to how many blinds the project is. Pay is generally $150/day based on an average 10 hour work day, sometimes more pay for more work. Must have reliable transportation. You need to be strong, nimble, able to carry 40-50 pounds (boxes of blind) up 2-3 flights of stairs repeatedly. You will step up onto a 3-step stool repeatedly to install blinds into the top of the windows. Must be able to use a drill gun. This is athletic work, for a strong, healthy, self-disciplined, self-directed, detail-oriented person with a STRONG work ethic and a lot of "hustle." We go up and down a lot of outdoor stairs. This is NOT work for a smoker, or someone who gets out of breath, or has health problems! We move quickly, but it's pretty simple work, and low-stress. Some projects are out-of-town for 2-3 days.
