Description of Duties:  Full-Time  Painting with a team to complete high-quality jobs on a budget  Working with team members throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience  Completing preparation and painting work using the latest equipment and technology Skills and Requirements:  Able to advance to painter  Able to complete a 40 hour work week on budget and on schedule  Willing to learn new procedures and skills  Outgoing personality and good communication skills with the ability to work with teams, motivate others, and effectively connect with people  Comfortable with ladder work  Able to work some evening and weekends, when necessary  Valid driver’s license and car insurance  Dedication to HLE Coatings’ Core Values: o Provide a product that makes our clients fall back in love with their home and/or business o Encourage creativity in our clients and employees o Maintain a sustainable working business o Provide a clean, safe, fun, and productive work environment
