Job Purpose: The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of maintenance duties to maintain residential real estate in the best possible condition, install new equipment, maintain building facilities, and keep grounds neat and clean. Essential Job Functions: As employees will be cross-trained in all aspects of equipment, building, and grounds, it is not possible to list all possible job functions. However, maintenance employees will work in conjunction with other maintenance and production employees to: • Complete work orders as assigned • Pick up grounds every morning if assigned • Complete special projects as requested • Maintain grounds in presentable fashion as directed • Advise maintenance manager of purchasing needs • Assist other staff members • Basic customer service at the quality expected by Management • Clean up of shop, takeout trash, garage and truck clean up • Timely and accurate documentation associated with job duties • Be proactive in helping the organization reach its’ goals • Responsible for assisting with training of new employees • Record keeping • Drywall and Plaster Experience Preferred Essential Physical Requirements: • Attendance, Seeing, Talking, Reading, Writing, Walking • Standing, Sitting, Climbing Stairs/Ladders • Lifting up to 50 pounds • Bending, Squatting, Crawling, Reaching, Carrying • Pushing, Pulling, Cleaning, Balancing • Hand Movement: Repetitive, Grasping, Twisting • Fine Finger Dexterity, Good Hand/Eye Coordination • Ability to maneuver through narrow work area • Exposure to Hot and Cold Temperatures Disclaimer: Job duties or functions are subject to change based on business necessity.
