We have girl and boy, long haired, baby Syrian hamsters looking for new homes. They are 5weeks old and ready to meet their new families. They are handled daily, use to family noises, the smell of dogs and cats and are really friendly. Each baby will come with food and some of their bedding to help them transition to their new home easier. They are $30 each to ensure they’re going to good homes. They ARE NOT food for reptiles!! These pups (baby hamster) have grown up with a lot of time and love and are super sweet and tame. They would make brilliant additions to the family. Syrian hamsters need a minimum cage size of 600square feet. A 50gallon storage tote/bin is a brilliant inexpensive cage option that gives them 819 square feet. This will give your hammie all the space it needs, even once an adult, to live a happy and healthy life. Walmart sells them for around $20. Tote/bin cages are also really fun to decorate and accessorize. You can make your own hides in whatever color and shape you want with popsicle sticks from dollar tree and kid safe paint and glue. I’ve added some photos of storage bin set ups to give an example. Clear bins work the best as they can see out and you can watch them having fun.
