Contractor/Labor Assistance for Newton Renovation Project

Hands-on/DIY property owner seeking assistance with ongoing renovation project. Immediate projects include: 1. Installing around 10 windows in 2nd floor unit, while trying to save the existing siding to the extent possible. I have scaffolding. 2. Laying 1/2" OSB subfloor and installing LVP flooring in ~650sq.ft unit. 3. Patching, scraping and re-finishing popcorn ceiling in a bedroom. 4. Installing kitchen cabinets, window trim, baseboards, etc... There's plenty of other work, but these are the priority tasks for now. Looking for someone IN NEWTON or within just a few minutes drive of Newton. West Des Moines to Newton has proven to be a troublesome commute for contractors I have hired in the past. Ideally looking for someone 3-4 days a week, possibly more if we need a push to finish a project before moving on to something else. Tue/Thur/Sat would be best, 5-6 hours per day starting at 10:00AM. That way I can pick up all supplies on our off days and have the jobsite stocked and ready to go when you're here. I need someone who can do this work mostly on their own productively and efficiently as well as with my assistance. I will, of course, help with the windows install because it's a 2-man job anyway. A photocopy of your valid drivers license, social security card and completion of a 1099 contractor information form (Name, Address, Phone, etc... basic stuff) will be required.
