Looking for installers for ceramic tile. We are a real estate development company and are constantly doing kitchen and bath rehabs. Looking for reliable low drama installers who have their own tools and transportation and can work to a bid in a timely fashion.
We do not pay for labor upfront, if you cannot float the job for a few days while you finish it you are not the contractor we are looking for. I also do not need your rant about how you charge upfront because people do not pay. I suspect you didn't get paid because you didn't finish or didn't do an adequate job.
We pay for all material-- bids are labor only.
