Family owned and operated Oil change chain is in search of a motivated and experienced shop manager. We have been in the industry for over 30 years and have shops throughout the Chicago-land area.Applicants should have management experience and have a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry. We offer : -Competitive pay $47k and up -Monthly bonus programs -Annual vacation w/ pay -Nearly unlimited overtime -Ongoing training -Bi-weekly incentives This is a hands on job and applicants need to be self motivated and hard working. Weekly hours average from 40-50. You need to be able to lead and well as teach future technicians. You will be asked to do weekly ordering, inventory control, open/closing store, watch over all day to day operations and problem solve as needed. Bilingual is a plus!
