Loved one's name (first and last initial ex. Randy K.) 2. Who were they as a person? 3. Were they apart of any hobbyist clubs or activities? 4. What did they do for a living? 5. What are 3 words their family would use to describe them and why? Please know we receive many of submissions, but we will select families as fairly as possible.
