We are a small e-commerce business looking for someone long-term and that wants to grow with our company. ROLE: Warehouse Manager Shipping, Fulfillment, & Receiving HOURS: 30-40hrs a week | 8:30am-4:30pm PAY: Depends On Experience LOCATION: Rancho Cucamonga, CA The ideal candidate has worked in receiving and has the experience picking, packing, and shipping for a small e-commerce company, NOT a big corporate or Amazon. Amazon experience is not bad but that is not specifically the main qualification we are looking for. Responsibilities will include: You will be required to manually pull orders from a computer system and accurately pick and pack said orders from the warehouse while managing inventory and manually updating on our e-commerce platforms. Must have an administrative mind as you will be responsible for organizing warehouse, shipping, receiving, and return procedures. Must be self-motivated while working independently and capable of being a team player. Must be able to take direction and be accepting constructive criticism. Most important, is the ability to multi-task, adapt to change quickly, and meet deadlines. An understanding of fashion retail and fast fashion is preferred but not required. Must have: - Great organizational and time management skills - Attention to detail - Ability to multi-task - Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of picking, packing, shipping, and receiving - Intermediate computer skills - Knowledge of creating shipping plans - Amazon FBA shipping/receiving experience - Must know how to operate Amazon Seller Central platform Physical Requirements of the job: -Ability to frequently lift and/or move heavy items up to 60lbs. -Ability to climb ladders when required. -Ability to stand on their feet for extended periods of time.
