Responsibilities:
- Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems in tenants' units as required
- Respond to tenants' requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices
- Install flooring
- Show vacancies to potential tenants
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a handyman
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Hard working
- Valid driver's license
- Preferred experience as an on-site commercial property manager
