We are looking for a PERFECTIONIST who LOVES TO CLEAN! Model Home Cleaners: Start times are 6:00pm. Cleaning at our projects are done on Thursday nights and possibly Sunday nights too. The nights have not been determined. More will be discussed at the interview. This is the perfect job, if you are looking to supplement your income! Are you a full time student, a stay home parent, working full time and would like some extra money for bills or play? This is that job. This is a long term position, not one to apply for if you are looking to replace it with another job. You are paid "project pay" meaning you are not paid by the hour but you are paid a specific amount of pay for the project that you are cleaning. Depending on your skill level, you would average between $15 - $18, and more per hour. You must show up for work each and every day you are assigned!!!!! If you are absent a lot, then this is not the job for you! If you go out of town a lot for weekends, and it would interfere with your work schedule of Thursday and Sunday nights, then this is not the job for you. You must have reliable transportation!!!!! We are only interested in those individuals who want a long term job. Not months, but years! We provide all your cleaning supplies and equipment. All supplies and equipment are stored at the worksite, in most cases. We do ask that you take home your rags to wash them, every clean, in one cup of bleach. You will be paid twice per month. Your pay is deposited directly into your bank account. Pay dates are the 10th and the 25th of every month. You must have a bank account for Direct Deposit. We do not pay through checks. You do not need to have professional experience cleaning; however, you must be a perfectionist and a very good cleaner. Also, you must love to clean. After a probation period and after you have proved that you are capable of cleaning to our standards, more work, when it becomes available, will be offered to you.
