Blender Operator /Batching

We have an immediate position for a Batcher/Blender Operator with a beverage manufacturer. The Blending Operator will report to the Production Supervisor A challenging position suited for a quick thinking, team oriented individual.     Essential Functions   • Make Adjustments to batches (BRIX, ACID, pH, Color) • Pre-weigh, blend, and liquefy components for beverage preparation. • Document lot numbers, quantities, and expiration dates on formulas per regulation. • Assist in cleaning of batching equipment (CIP’s, foaming equipment and hand brushing). • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities. • Plant safety Rules: Understand and follow plant safety rules including safe lifting practices, safe machine operation. • Maintain general housekeeping in all areas of production. • Maintain quality requirements in accordance with company standards. • Assist in other areas as required by the Management • 100% completion of quality checks and documentation is required   Knowledge/Competencies: • 1-3 year of general work experience required. • Prior production/manufacturing machine operation experience preferred. • Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred. • Ability to operate manufacturing equipment required. • Knowledge of industrial technology a plus. • Basic math skills and reading comprehension required. • Electrical and propane forklift experience required. • Able to work flexible hours required. • Attention to detail is a MUST. • Able to communicate well with other departments, supervision, and co-workers. • Able to lift at least 50 lbs. To dump ingredients. • Knowledge in Microsoft office is a plus. • High School diploma or GED preferred. • MUST be able to read, write, and speak English fluently. Hours -Monday -Friday 4:30am to 1:00pm + OT as needed. Pay rate-$15-$16
