Approx. 50-70 lbs. White w/black spots. 1-2 year old Female. Has small, thin, pink collar. Found on Radio Dr. ( San Diego) on 3/23/21 (Tuesday), between Springfield & Paradise Streets. @ approx. 4 PM..
