Crime scene Cleanup technician. We are a local company that provides biohazard remediation services and specializes in infectious disease prevention, as well as trauma scene cleanup. Job Overview: We currently have immediate openings for Crime Scene Tech trainees, in addition to reconstruction after remediation. We are seeking technicians who are hardworking, compassionate, and have a strong desire to assist families whenever the need arises. Candidate would need to be available to work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on short notice as we are an emergency response company. You may need to travel, depending on the situation, and be flexible with multi day travel. We provide all lodging accommodations. We have full and part time opportunities available. Wage depending on experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training in safety, biohazard cleaning protocols and procedures. We are committed to training our technicians for success and safety is our utmost priority. Main Responsibilities: You will work hand in hand with our team to clean up after situations like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, hoarding and trauma scenes. You will be responsible for biohazard waste cleanup and removal at various law enforcement facilities. We clean and sanitize holding cells, squad cars and must be on site within 60 minutes in most cases. We provide active COVID-19 disinfection and prevention services, in addition to other infectious disease disinfection. Suitable candidates must have strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Duties may include processing the required paperwork, decontamination of tools, and stocking of company vehicles with necessary supplies. Basic Qualifications: *Must be 18 years of age or older. *Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record. *Must be available (on call) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. *Must be able to pass a background check. *Ability to lift 50 lbs Experience not necessary but preferable. Will train the right applicants. Prior experience in construction, demolition, restoration, carpentry or comparable industries is desired but not required.
