Park Bowl is a bowling center located on the Guide Meridian. We feature 28 bowling lanes, arcade, billiards, full restaurant and bar. We are currently seeking to hire a polite, responsible, organized and mechanically inclined individual to maintain our lanes and pinsetters. Weeknights and weekend hours, 5 days a week, approx. 25-30 hours per week. Willing to train, but mechanical aptitude preferred. Specific Job Responsibilities: -Clean, maintain and fix pin setters as needed on a daily basis. -Clean, oil and maintain lanes and approaches. -Other general maintenance as required. Requirements: -Mechanically inclined and willing/able to learn the ins and outs of the heart of a bowling alley. -Organizational skills - ability to work and keep a clean and organized environment around yourself and others. -Multitasking - ability to function at a high capacity with clear train of thought on several projects and the ability to field unseen problems as they arise. -Communication skills - ability to communicate with employees AND customers in a clear and professional manner in order to make everyone aware of problems and maintenance issues. -Ability to be multi-functional - we are a small business, which requires our employees to assist other departments from time to time to keep business running as smoothly as possible.
