I think, that in today's world of lawsuits and grievances being brought fourth by women (I am not questioning the validity of such law suits) but I think that it is despicable, what was said TWICE by one of the "celebrity" guest players on that TV show 25 Words Or Less that aired Tuesday, March 23, 2021.. I don't know her name, but she has blonde hair, she was at the top left of the screen, on I believe the 11am (pdt) airing, on ABC. She said, out-loud, twice, to one of the male celebrity players "Take your shirt off."
What an inconsiderate, shallow imbecile she is. Does she think that that man was there for some other reason than to play the game, have some fun, and try to help the non-celebrity player win some money? Does she think that he intends to take his shirt off on television, on command? Regardless of his placement, or his "brand" in the entertainment business, the remark was offensive and demeaning. And Meredith Vieira laughed both times at the senseless remark.
Well, here's an example of turning the tables: What if Meredith was wearing a tight sweater with a jacket over it, and a male celebrity player said, without even greeting her "Take your jacket off!" Gee, do ya think that would be ok? Of course it wouldn't!
That woman AND Meredith need to have this explained to them: Men are ALSO victims of women's (and sometimes other men's) sexual misconduct, humiliating remarks, tasteless harassment, pointless comments and tasteless jokes.
Send this to someone in the entertainment business.
