Boxes of food given as part of the Farmers to Families Program. Please spread the word (e.g., neighbors, school groups) to help others. No one should be going hungry. The boxes of food are free, there are no qualification requirements to receive the boxes and you don't have to give any personal information. You can have more than one box, or pick-up for other families. The boxes are pre-packed and you walk, bike, or drive up. They will load in your car. Every Wednesday through June 2021. Wednesdays, 3p-6p only Saint Andrews United Methodist Church parking lot 4111 Alma St, Palo Alto, CA 94306 (between E. Charleston and San Antonio Road) You don't need to be a church member or live in Palo Alto. Open to anyone that can use the food. Typical box contents: gallon of milk, lb of cheese, fresh veg (e.g., celery, cabbage), 5lb potatoes, yogurt or sour cream, bag of fresh fruit (e.g., oranges, apples), already-cooked protein (e.g., chicken wieners, chicken drumsticks, chicken taco meat.)
