Seeking warehouse/event personnel to organize, maintain, load and setup event equipment. Candidates must: - have a valid driver's license - read and understand our contracts - communicate effectively - enjoy working outdoors - be able to lift 40+ pounds - submit to random drug testing - have a neat appearance You will be responsible for the upkeep, of our tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, carnival games and more. This includes making repairs, cleaning and replacing parts on most equipment within our warehouse. In addition, you will set up parties for our corporate and private customers. You will set up and take down tents, tables, chairs, inflatables, concessions and more. Direct and friendly communication with our customers is a must. Please possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to follow directions, flexibility and the ability to work through obstacles. Pay starts at $12 an hour. Pay increases can happen if/when you: - are able to learn our tents - are able to load equipment and set up jobs with little to no supervision We feed our employees frequently. Not every shift, but often. The schedule changes all the time. Monday's, Thursday's, Friday's and Saturday's will be the busiest. Hours are random and depend on our customers' needs. Mostly it's 9a to 3p. Some days you'll come in earlier and work later. You can expect 20 to 30 to start with more hours added as we get busier. You may be asked to do some catering as well.
