-93 year old female with Dementia -24hour care  -Assistance with Bathing, Medication, Dressing -Able bodied but needs assistance -Is considered to be a fall risk and wandering risk -Has some confusion with time and place-Eats on her own  -Wears depends but is incontinent at times.  -Can walk without assistance but benefits from cane or walker -Loves dancing, singing, puzzles, music and walks, harmonica -Requires Daily activities prompts (water, bathroom, extracurriculars)  -Assistance prepping meals- soft foods We are essentially looking to move my gramma down from IL to Sedona for the last part of her life to be able to allow her to enjoy life more freely than she is able to in her current situation if possible instead of the alternative of putting her into a nursing home. She currently lives with my aunt fulltime with her care, as well as a caregiver coming in throughout the day to organize her time and tend to her. Looking for a situation where we can have Gramma (Ethel) move in with a lovely human being here in the area who is looking for work and is willing and able to support this type of care for a wonderful old lady. I live in Sedona and plan to be able to spend time with her 4-6 days a week as well; coming over to cook dinners, bringing her to my house in West Sedona for visit time, bringing her to small community gatherings with live music, to be able to occupy her free time a bit with socialization and activity. As her grandaughter, I did fulltime caregiving for her and my grandpa before he passed about 3 years ago now and am very close with her, but I simply am not able to have her living with me in my home. I need her to have a more secure and calm setting with someone who can simply be in presence and company with her in enjoyment.
