I need someone to re-screen my back porch, fix the boards, and re-painted. Obviously, I need an estimation, first. Before you can come to and in my home, I need a picture of YOU and your previous work (fixing screen doors). I am willing to pay 1/2 of the cost upfront when you start working. I will pay the rest when the work is satisfactory to my specifications as to your estimation.
