3H Group, Inc. is excited to be adding to our team for our newly opened Element Knoxville West property! We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals who have a passion for customer service and an attention to detail to join our Housekeeping team as Room Attendants/Housekeepers. Full-time and part-time hours are available - shifts are mostly during the day time and are available 7 days a week. Our Room Attendants/Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning guest suites upon check-out or perform refresh cleaning service for stay-over guest according to standards. Also, assisting as needed in other areas of the housekeeping department or with special projects. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is not required. We are seeking hard working individuals who are willing to learn and who have a passion for guest satisfaction. Candidates who apply in person at the Element (located at 400 N Peters Road) Monday - Friday from 10 am - 5:00 pm can be interviewed on the spot by the General Manager or Guest Service Manager. Flexible availability is a must as the hotel is a 24/7/365 business. Some weekends and evenings or holidays might be required. All applicants must pass a background check to be considered for employment.
