The Solaris Residences is looking for a full-time, year-round Maintenance/Engineering Tech to join our team. This is an afternoon/evening position, from 12:30pm - 11:00pm, Sun - Weds, with 3 full days off. Your mornings will be free to get on the hill! The Solaris Residences is a high-end condo/hotel building in the heart of the Vail Village. Tech's are responsible for responding to all maintenance issues in and around the property, and generally keeping the property in a like new condition. Responsibilities include: light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, A/V, IT, pools, painting and staining, mechanical, appliances, etc. Experience is preferred, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate. A strong work ethic and a great attitude are a must. Shifts do include holidays, weekends and evenings.
