Landscape Gardener Now Hiring for 2021 Season: Gardeners for Lower Cape Tree and Landscape Company Cape Cod Tree and Landscape is a medium sized company in located Chatham that services the Lower Cape towns. During peak season we employ an average of 20 individuals in our tree, landscaping, gardening and lawn crews as well as office staff. We work hard to make a fun, yet safe and professional work environment. Stop by our office to check us out! Our existing gardening crew is looking to add to their team. This team generally works 8am - 2pm with flexible days/schedule. This crew's tasks generally includes gardening, plant installations, and fast paced routine maintenance (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly-weeding, light trimming and bed clean ups) for customers on the Lower Cape. Traits for success within our company: Reliable and Timely, our crews depend on their teammates showing up reliably, we plan our jobs around who is scheduled to work that day- no shows or tardiness are unfair to our crews and the customers expecting us.
