Fantastic Property Management Company with lots of opportunities for growth is looking for (2) motivated full-time Maintenance Techs for multiple property apartment communities in Tampa. Must have Maintenance experience and be available for on-call hours, have own vehicle, and tools to do various tasks and a valid driver’s license. Position expectations, requirements and responsibilities can include but not limited to: 1. HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not a must 2. Available for on-call rotation, evening and weekend emergency response 3. Ability to work independently and also with others 4. Must have A Can-Do attitude with a commitment to excellence 5. Ability to complete multiple tasks in one day 6. Assist with inventory of parts and supplies needed for immediate repairs 7. Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment at all times 8. Performs maintenance replacement and repair in areas of basic electrical work, plumbing, painting, cleaning, flooring, Ect. and the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and other minor building repairs. 9.
