Seeking a full-time Hotel Maintenance person for our Holiday Inn Express Rocky Point, Tampa. This individual must be personable with great communication skills and possess the ability to work independently. Responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to the following: Basic handyman skills Ability to respond to all work orders in a timely manner Repair & maintain furniture and fixtures within the hotel Provide the highest quality of service to the guests at all times Perform Preventative Maintenance and repairs in accordance with property standards Ability to carry and/or lift up to 50 lbs., as well as push and/or pull up to 100 lb · Full-time, working days, evenings and/or weekends Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
