Dust, vacuum, mop, trash, restrooms, and clean glass(no ladders). Candidates will be required to do some of the jobs listed above. 2-4 person crews. Must be able to work at a faster pace and pay attention to detail. If you’re the type of person that is always late(even minutes) don’t apply. If you’re the type of person that calls off, don’t apply. I’m a nice, fair boss, but I just want the right candidates to apply...other team members want to get the jobs done so they can get home to their families at a decent hour. Experience not necessary. We will train. Compensation explained: The starting pay is $10 hour. The jobs are set at guaranteed hours. So what does this mean? You bust your butt and you make more per hour because we’re done faster. For example, yesterday employees got paid for 8.25 hours and actually only worked 5.75 hours. They ended up making close to $15hr. Pay starts at the beginning of the first job and ends when we leave the last job.
