Full time laborer needed, no experience is required we will train. We take a lot of pride in our work, as we will get a lot of referrals. I have been in this business for 16 years. You and two other workers need to arrive at Atlantic Self Storage (Sunbeam Rd) in Mandarin PROMPTLY 6:45am to load the sand trailer with heavy 94 lb. portland cement bags, sealer and colored dyes. We arrive at the customers home where we unload the wheelbarrows, roll out the hose, rake trencher cuttings, unload 94 lb bags, push heavy wheelbarrows full of cement across the grass, extensive shoveling scoops of cement into the extruder, pick up spilled cement, stamp, cut control joints, twist drain holes through curb and clean up. HOT & FAST PACED to beat afternoon storms! Breaks are kind of snack and go, no designated lunch break. Clock starts when arrive at the shed, ends when you leave the job site, supply or repair shop. MUST BE PROFESSIONAL! Position is available immediately! Applicant MUST BE punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self motivated, HANDLE HEAT, hard working, and work well with others, I do not tolerate nonsense. Must have your own reliable transportation to and from work daily. A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE IS PREFERRED and necessary to ever advance. Main 2 employees work ~ 32 - 46 hrs per week spring & summer. ~ less than 32 hours late fall & winter. ~ 4-5 days spring & summer, ~ less than 3 days late fall & winter. ALL Weekends Off (and some Fridays off baring a rain or freeze out earlier in the week). Ideal past employees have had part time scrapping or side jobs if necessary to supplement my off season hours. In 16 years I have co workers work with me for 13 years, 6 years, 3 years, etc. I am a very proud & fair man to work for / with.
