Primary Responsibilities:
• Cleaning of assigned facility, including but not limited to:
. Trash removal, dusting, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms
. Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming floors, window washing
. Specific duties may vary depending upon the List of Specifications required by the facility.
• Daily reviews of supply inventories needed to complete the assignments for the day.
• Properly using provided equipment and solutions, as trained by company.
• Performing quality cleaning to meet required standards within set time limits.
• Arriving at assigned facility at scheduled days and hours.
• Complying with all safety guidelines.
The Cleaning Associate is to contact their immediate supervisor via verbal phone communication with any concerns or issues with their assigned facility.
Skills Required:
• Prior housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and must have attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written directions.
• Strenuous physical activity involved (walking, standing, lifting).
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds; stretch arms above head; bend to clean under furniture.
• Must be able to be on feet and participate in strenuous physical activity involved (walking, standing, lifting).
• Must be able to handle pushes, pulls, lifts, cleaning equipment and supplies.
