Need Jack of all trades guy to do on going one/two day projects helping a very fit old guy, fun to work with farmer dude, usually working together but Must be a Non Smoker in order to keep up with me. I live on a mini farm in Troutville and own a dozen well maintained rental houses in Roanoke City, mostly Raleigh/Grandin Court. Projects may include landscaping, mulching, raking leaves, Painting, cleaning a house after a move out, light carpentry, patching a roof(if a non-alcoholic), putting together garden shed kits, just normal fun stuff. $100 paid at the end of the day. Lunch and drinks are included plus $5 for gas. Usually 8:30am-4:30pm. A two day project about once every 3 weeks. This is long term extra money for someone that can be reliable with a flexible schedule. An extra $3,000 a year for a small amount of side work. Call Wes at 540-354-9880
