Stephen Carr Property Services is a landscape installation and maintenance company located in York, Maine. We are currently looking to fill positions on the following crews: • Landscape/Hardscape Installation Crew • Landscape Maintenance Crew • Lawn Mowing Crew • Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Crew • Supervisor/Foreman Positions also available - 2-3 Years’ experience required for Foreman positions. Experience preferred but not required. Qualifications: • Strong commitment to detail and efficiency. • Good work attendance. • Ability to work overtime in peak seasons • Work well with others. • Have a valid driver's license. • Enjoy working outside. • Lift 50Lbs. Positions require to be able to properly perform some of the following: • Spring and fall clean-ups, which include leaf raking, leaf blowing, picking up debris and loading trucks. • Routinely maintain gardens (Weeding, Pruning, Raking, Edging and Mulching). • Install plants and shrubs. • Operate a walker lawn mower • String Trimming and Leaf Blowing • Water plantings • Safely and properly load materials into dump truck. • Keep track of tools and materials. • Safely operate small engine equipment. • Install and Maintain Irrigation Systems and Landscape Lighting We offer competitive pay and benefits to the right job candidates.
