Skilled Renovation Crew & Foreman Positions (Primarily Interior Scope, Limited Exterior/Outdoor Scope) Location: Multiple jobsites in Southern Maryland (Bethesda, Germantown, Silver Spring) Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience Employment type: Full-time Monday-Friday Growing construction company seeks motivated, reliable, and hard-working crew members and foremen for immediate hire. Must specialize in all types of handiwork, maintenance, remodeling. Must have experience in the remodeling and construction field. Must have tools. Qualified candidates must have basic construction skills and knowledge, own their own tools, have reliable transportation, be organized, and be able to effectively communicate with others with a positive attitude. Must be a team player. Required skills: Flooring and tiling Drywall General Carpentry (Rough and Finish) Cabinetry Painting (Interior and Exterior) Minor plumbing and minor electrical knowledge Handyman and general repair/maintenance work ***se habla español*** Full-time position....Multiple jobsites in Southern Maryland (Bethesda, Germantown, Silver Spring) Somos una Empresa de Construction muy ocupada, buscamos contratar inmediatamente personal motivado, confiable, dispuestos a trabajar duro y a dar la milla extra. Experiencia requerida en: Paredes de tabla yeso, instalacion y detalles finales Instalacion de pisos y ceramica en piso y pared. Carpinteria basica Plumeria y electricidad basica. Instalacion de gabinetes de cocina y de baño. Pintura con rodillo, brocha y con maquina. Mantenimiento basico.
