Immediate Permanent Production Positions / Good Starting Pay We are looking for Leaders! Wentzville based 36+ year established manufacturing company of cultured marble products looking for motivated, energetic, responsible and accountable full time team members to fill production positions. NOTE: You can increase your pay in your first year-based on GOOD attendance and skill mastery for each position responsibility. Positions may include: Production Set up / Spray Booth Spray gun / Spray painting experience greatly beneficial for this position. Must be able to wear a full-face respirator. Production / Mold set up - Prepare molds for production according to specifications / good measuring and math skills a must Finisher-Buffing/Polishing finished product - Buffing / grinding / auto body experience helpful. Attention to detail important. Warehouse Helper / Loader Load trucks for delivery / Check and verify paperwork Responsibilities will vary dependent on position: Spray molds with gelcoat Verify information against orders and fill sheets Mold preparation & Set up Operate small hand tools (buffer, grinder) Polish various cultured marble products Perform all duties according to established SOPs, Efficiency and Safety procedures Occasional Overtime Requirements: Basic math skills, including ability to read and use a tape measure Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Dependable & On time Attendance Record Ability to interpret and support policies, procedures and established standards Safety conscious Team Player Physical Demands and Work Environment: Lift up to 50-75 pounds Able to bend, squat, and twist 25-50% of day Standing / Walking 100% of day (7-9 hours a day) Company Benefits: Health, Vision and Dental Insurance after 30 days Paid Vacation + NINE paid holidays Company paid Life Insurance Pay increases as skill level increases, growth potential available Monday - Friday schedule with OT as needed including Saturdays Apply online through Indeed.com - or in person M- F 9am 2pm at Superior Home Products, 211 Edinger Rd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
