Full time painter needed for property management company. Interior and exterior. 2 years experience required. Tools and ladders provided. Would consider independent contractors with insurance (must commit to minimum of 30 hours/week). Would need reliable vehicle and valid drivers license. Must be able to lift 40 lbs and be comfortable working on ladders.
