energetic kitten looking for new home! neutered and shots up to date

I unfortunately have to give up this kitty after he was stressing my older, extremely lethargic boy out way too much. Vets told me my old cat has asthma and having such a young cat around puts him at risk, since all he wants to do is play. This little guy’s name is Gizmo and he is really energetic and fun, likes to talk, and it’s extremely fun to talk back. He is okay with other cats would just to better with one his age which is about 8 months! He needs lots of attention and has only ever been inside but he does love to sit on the balcony so i think he would enjoy outside if it wasn’t the fact that he had to walk down many flights of stairs of an apartment building. He is neutered and has his shots up to date! He’s very sweet just way too much energy! Has no issues using the litter box and is pretty low maintenance when it comes to food and grooming, he really doesn’t shed too bad like my other cat! Asking a $170 rehoming fee since i just got the vet visits out of the way for him and he shouldn’t need another for about a year or two. He also can sit for treats and give high-fives so if you’re looking for a cat with the energy and personality of a dog this one is for you!
