A professional property management company is currently seeking an experienced full-time Mobile Home Park Maintenance Supervisor for a 150+ space park in the Salinas County. Candidate preferably will have experience in maintenance and repair. The right candidate must be motivated with a positive attitude and a self-starter that can work independently. Our vision for the successful candidate is an individual with strong customer service & people skills, great attitude, and mobile home park maintenance knowledge. Mobile Home Residency Law and Title 25 experience is a plus! Job Requirements for Positions: • Valid driver’s license and insured operable vehicle • Experience in Mobile Home Parks • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English • A keen eye for details • Great with customers • The ability to follow-up and follow through with assigned tasks • Reliable, meet deadlines, and team player Maintenance Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance • Supervise vendors • Electrical knowledge • Perform service requests for property concerns • Pool certified a plus or required to obtain certification • On-call service for after-hours emergencies • Participate in the competitive bid process for all property needs • Audit and maintains accurate inventory on a bi-monthly basis including control of tools, equipment, and supplies • Purchasing maintenance supplies for the property while staying within the planned budget • Intermediate to advanced electrical & gas meter knowledge • Landscape and irrigation knowledge • Intermediate to advanced plumbing abilities • Continuously update all maintenance and repair logs • Other duties as requested by Community Director and Regional Manager Applicants will not be considered unless they meet the following criteria: • Applicants must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English. • Applicants must have reliable transportation. • Maintenance applicants must be willing and able to work overtime for emergency calls. • Applicants must have at least 3 years residential maintenance experience. • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and driver’s insurance.
