Property Management company seeking sub-contractor to turn apartments. We need someone who can take a vacated apartment and get it ready to rent to next tenant. This may include, but not limited to: painting, tile flooring, light plumbing, light electrical, carpet tear out, cleaning, etc. It is common for there to be some furniture or other items that require heavy lifting at times. Must work as sub-contractor with your own tools, vehicle, etc.
