Seeking an on-site couple to be a part of our team in a 78-unit extended stay apartment home located in Bullhead City, AZ. One individual will act as the Front Office Manager and the other as a Maintenance Person. • FRONT OFFICE MANAGER duties include, but are not limited to, showing vacant units to qualified prospective applicants, collecting and recording rent payments, as well as maintaining an organized and well-reserved front desk/reception area. Customer service and computer experience a must! • MAINTENANCE PERSON in expected to have 3-5 years building maintenance experience and basic plumbing and electrical knowledge.
