CLASS DESCRIPTION This Kundalini Yoga class with a focus on Connection with Angels is for everyone. We will use Kundalini yoga kriyas (poses and breath), guided meditation and journal writing to cultivate a connection with our guides, angels and/or ancestors and activate our subtle energy body and intuition. You can use a mat or sit in a chair, and listen to your body’s inner wisdom for what feels right. Each class includes warm-ups, an exercise set (kriya), deep relaxation and journal writing. Regardless of your age, body ability or flexibility, this class is for you. Cyndi uses Kundalini Yoga to keep her body flexible, calm her nervous system, diminish brain fog, improve digestion and liver function, and increase her intuitive connection. We do turn folks away at the door that did not pre-register to reserve their spot. If you want a guaranteed spot, you MUST register in advance - even for free events. Regardless of when or where you marked yourself as going, attendees with confirmed registration information will be given seat priority. COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES Until the state-level restrictions are lifted, all teachers and students must wear masks while in the center. There are hand sanitizing sprays in each room. Socially distancing will be in effect in the classrooms and we are limiting each event to only 8 people for safety purposes. PARKING & BUILDING ACCESS FREE PARKING at the Little Creek Office Building & across the street by Olde Steel Antique Guns. Enter the building on the second floor. Go up the outside stairs (right or left side of the building) on the front of the Little Creek office building. Enter the external double doors for suite 275 at the south side of the building on the second floor.
