GENERAL LABOR WANTED Architectural concrete company specializing in concrete sinks, countertops, flooring and high end flat work. At times job will be high paced. Looking for part-time but can discuss full-time. Small crew environment with hands on teaching and learning. You must be willing to work hard and be able to follow directions in a timely and efficient manner. Duties include but are not limited to; concrete finishing, basic carpentry mixing, layout, skills, grinding, grading, equipment maintenance, sweeping and cleaning. Must be able to lift at least 75lbs Must be able to follow directions, in English, both verbal and written Must have reliable transportation to and from job site(s), must provide valid drivers license Must be punctual i.e. on time to work or job site Must have a positive team player attitude Must be willing to work overtime when needed Must be able to maintain a clean safe work environment Must be able to understand knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure Understand and apply basic mathematical skills (adding, subtracting, division, & multiplication) Must have knowledge of basic tools and their uses Drug free, no smoking and/or vaporizers Must be able to complete paperwork for work completed and hours worked. Tractor skills and mechanical aptitude a plus. Must be able to start immediately. Monday through Friday, plus weekends when needed. Hours vary from start to finish.
