Commercial Landscape Construction Driver / Full Time 40 + Hrs/Week Salary: $17.00 to $19.00 /hour – Depending On Experience Our company is Woodlake Outdoor Inc. and we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality product and high-touch service, and for our ability to build lasting customer relationships. Our company continues to grow and we have opportunities in the position of Landscape driver in our construction department. The right candidate will enjoy working outdoors and enhancing the beauty of nature, have a strong work ethic and can lead teams. This individual will work closely with the Crew Leader and must understand the importance of communication, reliability, consistency, and values a team environment. Crew Driver Responsibilities: • Driving company vehicle to projects and sometimes hauling equipment and or trailers. • Ensuring that diesel tank always has diesel in order to fill machines. • All labor associated with landscape construction projects, including planting trees and shrubs, installing sod, grading, etc. • Operating equipment such as skid steers and mini excavators. • Performs job in an efficient and timely manner, meeting company target productivity goals. • Helps to maintain and monitor crew assigned company equipment and vehicles and notifies project manager of routine and other maintenance repairs. • Ability to communicate effectively with project manager, customers and team members. Qualifications • 2+ years of experience working with a crew • Valid driver’s license • 4+ years of commercial landscape construction experience • High level of attention to detail and follow-through is a must • Punctual, Reliable and Self Starter • Comfortable communicating with clients team members and project manager in professional manner. • Bilingual is a plus but not required Benefits • Pay Based on Experience • Health Insurance • PTO • Holiday Pay • Employer paid uniforms • Opportunities for advancement
