PRODiG (Promoting Recruitment Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion and Growth), a signature SUNY initiative, focuses on supporting the success of women teaching and researching in STEM disciplines and historically underrepresented minority faculty members. PRODiG supports faculty members' success at the campus level through additional resources and, at the system level, through a system-wide cohort of new faculty members.
