2021Deadlifting Competition Using Straight Bar or Hex Bar Proceeds Benefit Local Veterans Memorial Straight Bar & Hex Bar Deadlifting competition, 1 Repetition Maximum lifting event LIMIT 5 ENTRIES PER CLASS Weigh In's at event Athlete Check-In, Weigh-In from 9am-10am, Lifting starts at 10am 3 attempts for each competitor, If you make all 3 lifts, 4th lift available Each round we'll start with lowest weight and add to highest weight If you miss 1st lift, you can lower weight for 2nd lift Hex Bar Competitors will compete first, Straight Bar Competitors to start immediately after Hex Bar. Awards for Top 2 in all classes "Ben Shot" Patriotic Pint Glasses for awards "RAW" meet - belt, chalk, no ,deadlift suits  squat suits, no knee wraps.   Neoprene knee sleeves can be used Shorts acceptable. Singlets not needed but can be used.
