Small, local company is looking for a handyman to assist us with some ongoing maintenance projects. We have two locations and need someone that can do a variety of tasks: - Building maintenance duties and minor repairs - Painting - Maintain grounds of our two locations (mowing, weeding, trimming, edging, leaf cleanup) - Light auto maintenance duties on our small fleet (changing oil, changing headlights, washing trucks) Experience/skills/expectations: - Reliable - Professional - Able to execute tasks effectively - Mechanically inclined - Proficient with power tools - Positive attitude with no drama - Able to work well with minimal supervision - Able to multitask This is for an on-call position. We are looking for someone that we can have a long-term relationship with.
